  • Register your account here
  • Write to eAgronom customer support that you want to apply for the Sustainable Farmer certification
    • You can access eAgronom customer support by writing to the orange customer support button in the right bottom corner
  • Receive and pay the invoice
  • Receive software video training from eAgronom
  • Start reporting information in eAgronom

eAgronom Field Diary

  • eAgronom Field Diary is a comprehensive farm reporting tool for crop farmers
  • Farmer has to enter true field practice data in the software based on the requests of eAgronom data completeness report
  • Data can be sent for review via a data completeness report inside the software
  • Farmer has access to customer support
  • The same software can be used for farm management and government reporting for an extra fee

Data verification

  • Farmer has to enter true field practice data in the eAgronom software
  • eAgronom preserves a right to verify the correctness of presented data
  • Satellite monitoring, machinery integrations, field visits, and additional information requests may be used for data verification
  • Farmer has to send an additional proof within 14 days’ notice if asked by eAgronom

Issuing the certificate

  • At the beginning of the farming season, the farmer shall commit to Sustainable Farmer principles
  • The farmer shall start following at least 50% of the principles latest during the first full farming season after applying for Sustainable Farmer certification
  • The farmer shall start following 100% of the principles latest during the second full farming season after applying for Sustainable Farmer certification
  • Farmer can forward once a year the previous season’s practice data to eAgronom and receive Sustainable Farmer consultation – feedback regarding additional data requirements, alignment and misalignment with Sustainable Farmer principles, and suggestions to become a Sustainable Farmer
